I agree to abide by the Articles and By-Laws of the Dusky Hunting Retriever Club and the rules
and regulations of the HRC (Hunting Retriever Club, Inc.). I also agree to give the Dusky HRC
permission to put my name and/or photo on the Dusky HRC Website

WHEREAS, the undersigned desires to release certain parties from any damages that may arise,
directly or indirectly, as the result of his/her participation in activities offered by the Dusky Hunting
Retriever Club, Inc., fully realizing the inherent danger in any type of sporting event of this nature.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of being allowed to participate in said activities, the under-
signed does hereby release and forever discharge the Dusky Hunting Retriever Club, Inc., its
officers, directors, members, participants, spectators, and all land owners whose land they may
be utilizing, from any and all manner of actions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or in equity,
which may arise now or in the future as a result of, or pertaining to, the undersigned’s participation
in any of its activities.
